  Several vehicles to choose from. Not all vehicles are listed as the proper model with exact features. Sales people are not willing to research features of models that buyers are interested in. I had to provide staff with a booklet that had a full list of features because he couldn't tell me. The front desk is always vacant, a receptionist is needed to sustain professionalism.

  After a car accident just before Christmas we went in after Boxing Day and tried out many of vehicles and found one with all the options we wanted and then some. Great quality service and they even ensured the vehicles brakes and parts where operating before pick up and changed out parts that needed replaced. All around this dealership made our vehicle purchasing experience a favourable and successful one.

  Sister in-law bought a Ford Focus from this dealership, she got them to do $2000 worth of work, replacing the brakes, ball joints and wheel bearings. Right off the lot the brakes were squealing and chattering, then about three weeks later the wheel bearings on the right side have failed as well. I can't believe they took advantage of her just because she is a young woman. They clearly didn't do any of the repairs that they paid to have done before picking up the car. This is unacceptable behavior. I used to think of this dealership as being friendly and generally a good place to buy cars from however now I will never recommend anyone visit them for a vehicle, I will tell them this exact story. Its too bad that a company such as this one has gone down the drain and stooped to this level trying to scam people out of their hard earned money. I should also mention that we have got her to take it to a different auto shop and they quoted the repair at $1700, so clearly everything that was "replaced" will need to be replaced once again.

  We drove from Guelph and had a fantastic buying experience right from the moment we stepped through the front door. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who immediately got up to make us hot beverages on a cold winter day. Mark was very personable and very helpful as our main sales associate. As well, Ryan and Blake also added to our feeling of fair dealing, trust and satisfaction. Even once the deal was done, the very professional Jess in finance completed our paper work in an efficient, pleasant and informative manner. It was as if friends were helping us along the way - all of our questions were sincerely answered, time was taken, and genuine concern for the welfare of the buyer was evident. Strickland's will now be first on our list when buying a car. I congratulate Strickland's Automart in Stratford for bringing Canadian small town hospitality, honesty, and warmth to our used car buying experience. Happy New Year!!!
