  This store is a disaster. No pricing on products, NO HELP or product knowledge from staff, a POS system that ensures there is a line up of at least 20 people at the checkout. Rude staff. I avoid this store because it only is a dis-service to our farming community and Stratford. I actually went in to buy something the other day, would have easily spent $1000....I left and called the manufacture of the item, they spoke just as highly as I have about TSC and how horrible it is to deal with them as a wholesaler. They shipped me the item in less then 12hrs....I'd avoid this place at all cost. Unfortunately I have to give them 1 Star to post this warning.

  Get in here pretty often just because I have to get stuff. But seldom if ever a pleasant experience. Store is a mess. Very unorganized and poorly stocked. Staff is generally friendly and somewhat helpful but ultra ignorant of the products. City kids trying to sell farm parts. For what it's worth....

  I was in there earlier today shopping and the lady at the cash register was very rude. She closed her till as I walked up with a line behind me, so I walked to the other register. Then she re-opened right away and helped every one else but me. Very rude service and very poorly organised this store needs to be spoken to by the head office I might make that call yet.
