  I recommend Matt in particular because of the good experience I had when I was working full time in Toronto and trying to buy a house in Stratford. I trusted him because my real estate saaavy friend used him and got an amazing house for a awesome price and guess what!? So did I. I was travelling during the actual purchase of our house and Matt was able to secure the deal with calm confidence.   Matt’s a great guy. To the point and very effective. Have used him in buying and selling. Won’t stray from him. Anyone can sell a home. Matt offers so much. Great experience.
