  Outstanding service from Ross and his employees. Everyone was invested in finding the right size bike for our son. Pricing was on par or better than a "chain" store. When you consider the value added by exceptional customer service the money doesn't seem to matter.

  Had the best experience at this bike shop. Ross himself was helping me pick out a bike. He showed me some great options and could explain to me every detail about each one. He was very knowledgeable, funny and helpful. He legitimately wanted me to leave with the best bike that suited and fit me perfectly. I was very impressed with his passion for bikes and pleased with the superb service.

  It's always nice to deal with the person who's name is above the door. This store is a true team effort. A.J. showed me some options for bikes questioned how and where I would ride and set me up for a test ride. Ross had a great price and I bought a nice bike. After riding for a couple of months I took it back for some (no charge) service and was equally impressed by the turnaround time. Great experience from the start.
