  My family has bought four beds from this store in the last 12 months and had problems every time. Each time the manager of the store assured me there will be no further issues and each time there is a problem with delivery. The first time the truck pulled into the parking lot and then drove away and when we call the store to say “why did the truck just leave?” The delivery team had the audacity to say they showed up and no one was home. The second time I spoke with the manager myself and he promised me there would be no issues. The delivery again was late. This third and final time we went into the store and I was told there would be no problems. My bed is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I call the store thinking it’s strange that I haven’t received a confirmation and I’m told they changed the delivery date to Saturday- a day I won’t even be home! No one consulted or informed me. Their explanation? Probably the product wasn’t in stock and there is no manager available for me to speak with. I will NEVER shop at the brick again!!!!!

  Can I give this place 0 stars.. awful! They won't help me load up my new mattress and box spring unless I paid them $50 extra dollars in "shipment fees" also... I went in to get string from inside the showroom and you have to pay $10 for it.. but to my amazement when I went back in all the staff were sitting around watching the football game on their TVs.. how professional is that... what happened to basic customer service... horrible place and no one please buy anything from here

  As as a return customer I appreciate the great help. Had to replace a t.v. through their extended warranty that we purchased with the t.v. and it went smoothly
