  My favourite place to shop here in town. Great value. I just have to say that having to have a loonie on hand for the cart is a real pain for someone who doesn't usually cary a lot of change around.

  I went here because my taxi said that he goes here to buy yogurt for his wife, because it's a really good price. And from what I seen everything here was priced pretty reasonably. Likely one of the better priced grocery stores in the area. I got what I was after for under $20 And usually it would of cost me at least $35 so I'm now shopping here as my regular go to for everything I need when grocery shopping.

  Great prices and friendly staff make grocery shopping not a chore. Only issue is the lack of fruitare's banana flavoured ice cream pops. They tease us with an abundance sporadically and before you know it, they're nowhere to be found! Please bring back the fruitare banana flavoured ice cream pops! You do this, I'll be happy to add the fifth star to this review

  Service is excellent love shopping at NO FRILLS ! Great quality goods excellent quality fresh fruits and vegetables that I love feeding my children! The place is clean and neatly arranged!
