  First few times I was here the guy working behind the countered remembered my name. Yes I have an easy name but the first time I was there I said "just Rob" and that's exactly what he put... "Just Rob"... The next time I was there was over a month later but he remembered and put "Just Rob" without any hesitation... Customer service and beyond... Kudos to Domino's for hiring a customer service champion... I'm impressed by this location...

  They're usually so good with orders, but my last two have been wrong. my family is half vegetarian and half meat eaters and they ended up piling all the toppings on one side of the pizza instead of on opposite sides. they also forgot the dips we had ordered.

  I complained about a rude driver and incorrect order. They sent me a coupon for a replacement, and said sorry. When they honoured the coupon at a later date, they sent the wrong pop, and cut the pizza in such a way that they must have done so to be spiteful.

  Found out when I went to pick up my online order that it hadn't gone through even though I had gotten confirmation on the website, so had to reorder in person. Other than that, great experience - food was delicious and exactly as ordered, relatively short wait time, friendly service, clean restaurant, lots of parking.

  then when i called, i was on hold for five minutes and the whole time I could hear people screaming and talking about how im being an "unreasonable customer". sorry to say, but they won't be getting my business again.
