  Second trip back this year, this one was a little bit worse than the last. Both visits I had gotten a burger, both times it was burnt, very burnt. This is the first time I've gotten sick from their food though.

  My husband and I are loyal customers. Great food presentation. Awesome job to the kitchen staff. Ashley are server very polite, personable and friendly. She goes out of her way and make are stay enjoyable. Keep up the good work Ashley.

  Crabby's just up the street pumps out way better food and the cost is comparable.

  The waitress didn't bother asking the usual; "How was everything?", probably because she already knew the answer. Though the service was fine, the food was TERRIBLE. I am not going back. I don't recommend anyone ever eat here, unless you like spending time in the bathroom.

  Less than mediocre. Arrived at the restaurant at 4:20 on a Sunday afternoon. There were maybe three other tables in the restaurant with occupants. We finally got our food at 530 after having asked where it was... We were told "it's probably because you ordered steaks". The veggies were cold. Steaks were overcooked. My husbands burger was burnt and a the bottom patty was missing almost half of it. Our daughters pizza was cold. Overall, extremely disappointing. It seems that Kelsey's is letting their standards drop.

  Everything was over cooked. After convincing my husband to get a burger from there (as he never does when he eats at a restaurant) both patties on both our burgers were dam near burnt. After being so unsatisfied with dinner, we asked for dessert. I asked for our cookies to be lightly cooked. Yet again, they came out dark brown and hard. I have no doubt in my mind that this kelsey's will close again and next time it will be perminate. I will not return to this kelsey's and im actually not sure that i will go to others. When you pay so much for your meal, you expect it to not be burnt. We could hear the kitchen staff talking and laughing from oyr table. Maybe they should concentrate more on the food and less time socializing.
